All our rooms are finished to a high standard with contemporary co-ordinated decoration and offer comfort and facilities to suit everyone.  Our disabled guests will definitely appreciate our wetroom En-suite. We really took our time to make sure this complies with the latest regulations.

Prices

Single En-suite Room - £35.00 per night.

Double En-suite Room - £60.00 per night.

Twin En-suite Room - £60.00 per night.

Family En-suite Room  - £75.00 (based on 2 Adults and 1 Child) £90.00 per night(based on 2 Adults and 2 Children) 

Double/Twin Room (single occupancy) - £45.00 per night

All rates include breakfast.  All major credit/debit cards accepted. Please note there is a 1.60% charge when paying via credit card.   It is our policy here at Mill Dam that all one night stays are paid for in full at time of booking.  Any bookings over one night requires a deposit at time of booking, which is refundable up to 7 days prior to arrival.  With regard to the Great North Run deposit is refundable up to 6 weeks prior to the event.

ALL payments must be settled in full on arrival.

Check in is after 3pm, but we do our best to accommodate any guests wishing to arrive earlier, just let us know when booking.  Check out is 10.30am, again we can be flexible with this if you let us know.

All rooms include the following:

En-suite, Digital TV with DVD, Internet Access (Wireless),Tea and Coffee  facilities, Hairdryer, Iron and Ironing board,Tempur Matresses, Intercom System,Clean Towels, Modern furnishings and lightstop curtains.

Facilities available:

DVD library, (which includes the latest releases) Book and Magazine Library, all available to borrow during your stay - FREE of charge.  If there is a particular book that you have borrowed and have not finished, we are happy to exchange for a similar type, just let us know.

Services included:

Quality "Geordie" Breakfast - Special diets catered for. (please let us know at time of booking about your requirements)

Cleaning on a daily basis - except Sundays'

Pets Welcome by arrangement
